MiniKF is a single-node Kubeflow instance, built on Minikube. I wouldn't say it's for production, but it's a great tool for development. It might have a lot of features, but the resources are limited, as it's not a full blown Kubeflow cluster.

Having said that, you're welcome to try the new version of MiniKF, which adds support for simple model serving with KFServing. You can watch our KubeCon tutorial.
